A Recent Job in Edmonton
A longtime customer in Edmonton first called us two years ago about an aging furnace that was starting to fail. We extended the lifespan at that point, but this year the cost-benefit ratio clearly pointed to replacement. The homeowner was retired and on a fixed income, and cautious about the expense.
When we arrived, we found more than a furnace issue. A tankless hot water tank had been self-installed with the wrong gas supply line and improper venting — a genuine safety hazard. The original furnace install also had problems that should never have been there.
